Oscar W. Ruiz, E.A., CAA, A.T.A,, A.T.P., Founder and CEO of Ruiz & Co, P.A. has been serving clients in the accounting and tax industry since 1985. After attending Miami-Dade College and Florida International University, Mr. Ruiz decided to establish Ruiz & Co. P.A. in 1995.

He is currently licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In 2016 became an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent. He specializes in business, personal and estate & trust tax preparation and planning. For the past 35 years Mr. Ruiz leveraged tax strategies to promotes business and personal tax planning to help his clients achieve their goals.
